Caprese Twist with Newman’s Own Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Servings
2 to 4

Ingredients –
1 each – Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 pint – Grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
3 big basil leaves – chopped
2 -3 each – string cheese cut into 4
¼ - ½ cup – Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing

Instructions-
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss
Let Marinate for at least an hour.

Ingredients –
2 each – Hoagie Buns
Turkey – 4 slices
Swiss cheese – 2 slices
Iceberg lettuce – ½ cup
Newman’s Own Light Honey Mustard -2 Tbsp

Instructions-     
Spread Newman’s Own Light Honey Mustard Dressing on one side of bun
Layer 2 slices of turkey on top of Dressing
Lay one slice of cheese on the other side of the bun.
Repeat for other bun
Microwave for 15 seconds
Close Sandwich and cut in half

Ingredients –
1/2  Jar – Newman’s Own Pasta Alfredo Sauce
1 each – Portobello, Grilled  and sliced
1 each – Chicken breast, Cooked and Sliced
1 each – Red Pepper, Roasted
8 oz – Fettuccini, Dried

Instructions-
Cook Pasta until Al Dente, Drain
Return to pan, toss with sauce
Layer Pepper, Portobello then chicken on top
Sprinkle with parsley

Newman’s Own Salsa and Chicken on Nachos

2 to 4

Ingredients –
½ Jar Newman’s Own Salsa
2 Each – Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp – Taco Seasoning
1Tbsp – Water
Tortilla Chips
½ cup – Black Beans
1 Cup – Taco Cheese
½ cup – Guacamole
½ cup – Sour Cream

Instructions-
Combine all ingredients in crock pot slow cooker
Cook on low, 2-3 hours
Place chips on oven safe tray
Layer chicken, black beans and cheese
Broil until melted and bubbly
Top with Guacamole and Sour Cream
(Chicken can also be used for Tacos, Salad, or Fajitas)

Ingredients –
1 head - Iceberg Lettuce
(sub darker greens for healthier options. ie. Romaine, spring mix, spinach)
1 Tsp – 1 Tbsp - Newman’s Own, All Natural Olive Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
1 cup - Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can - Canned light Chunk Tuna
1 tsp - Lemon Juice
To taste - Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 cup – Croutons

Instructions-      Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss
Adjust ingredients to your liking

Ingredients –
10 each –mini pretzel twists
10 each pieces – mixed mini reese’s cups, hersey kisses, and rolos
Mini m&m’s – for garnish as desired

Instructions-
Put pretzels on sheet tray
Top with chocolates
Bake for 3 min @ 250 degrees or until melted
Garnish with mini m&m’s
Note: Hershey kisses will keep their shape

Ingredients –
2 each – Hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp Newman’s Own Light Honey Mustard
1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1 each – mini dill pickle chopped
2 slices – shaved ham, chopped
  
Instructions-
Mash yolks
Add other ingredients
Spoon back into egg whittes

Ingredients –
4 each – String Cheeses cut in half
1 roll – refrigerated pizza crust
16 slices – Pepperoni
2 tbsp – Newman’s Own Sockarooni sauce

Instructions-
Cut pizza crust in to 8 equal pieces
Spread Sockarooni sauce in middle of each piece of dough
Layer 2 pieces of pepperoni on tip of sauce
Put string cheese on top of pepperoni
pinch to seal edges
Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees
Serve with additional sockarooni sauce for dipping
