New Years Day Pork and Kraut

It was cooking all day. It was the 1st thing I ate on New Years Day. That's right 12:30am. Can you tell we have a child? By the time I got to it all I had to do was look at it and it fell off the bone. Some people don't like this New Years Day staple but when done right, it is sooooo good. The pork is tender, the kraut enhances the sublteness of the pork and the mashers add creaminess. That's a lot of ness. Here's to good luck.
